This Privacy Policy describes how Equestro Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in the MotoDoc mobile application and related online services (the “Service”) — motorcycle maintenance and service tools.

Yes. Email/password and Sign in with Google or Apple via Firebase Authentication.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide or create in the app
- Account data: name, email, auth identifiers, profile details
- Vehicle/service data: bikes, maintenance logs, notes, media you upload
- Device/usage/diagnostics (Analytics, Crashlytics)
- Location when enabled for service-related features
- Camera, microphone, and photos/video for diagnosis or documentation features you use
- Bluetooth-related permissions where required by device features
- Subscription data via RevenueCat / app stores
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics
- FCM push tokens when notifications are enabled
- API requests to MotoDoc backend services for app features
Diagnostic suggestions are informational tools, not a substitute for a qualified mechanic.
4. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, sync, and improve the Service;
- Authenticate users and secure accounts;
- Process subscriptions and purchases;
- Send transactional messages and (if enabled) push notifications;
- Monitor performance, fix bugs, and prevent fraud/abuse;
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal information and do not use app data for third-party cross-app advertising.
5. Legal bases (EEA/UK/Switzerland)
- Contract — providing the Service you request;
- Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, product improvement analytics;
- Consent — where required (e.g., certain notifications, precise location, optional permissions);
- Legal obligation — tax, accounting, or regulatory duties.
6. Sharing
We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the Service:
Firebase (including motodoc production projects), custom MotoDoc API hosting, Apple/Google, RevenueCat.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction, or with your direction.
7. Retention
We retain account and app data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, security, and legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see below). Some records may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before expiration.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to a cloud-backed mobile app (HTTPS, authenticated APIs, access controls, and provider security features). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where that is the applicable digital-consent age). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has created an account so we can delete it.
10. Your rights & account deletion
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information. To delete your account and associated personal data, use:

We are based in the United States. Data may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.

We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page.
