These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.equestrolabs.com and related online materials operated by Equestro Labs LLC (“Equestro Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Our mobile apps and client deliverables may have separate terms, end-user license agreements, or contracts. If you are a client under a signed statement of work or master services agreement, that agreement controls for paid services.

AI Officer disclosure: Natalie is Equestro Labs’ AI Officer — a virtual brand persona used in marketing and storytelling. She is not a human corporate officer of Equestro Labs LLC and does not sign contracts or make corporate decisions. Legal and commercial acts are performed by the LLC and its authorized human representatives.

The Site provides information about our software development and related services, portfolio examples, and tools such as contact and quote forms. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not disrupt the Site or other users.

Instant quotes, price ranges (including figures in the $12,000–$18,000 band or any other band shown), complexity labels, timelines, and generated roadmaps are preliminary estimates only. They are based on the answers you provide and are not binding offers, contracts, or guarantees of price, scope, schedule, or results.

Final pricing, deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria are confirmed only in a written agreement (for example, a proposal, statement of work, or signed contract) after discovery with our team. Post-launch infrastructure, marketing, warranty, and maintenance rates shown on quote materials are estimates and may change based on scope.

Content on the Site is for general informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice. Portfolio case studies describe products we have built and should not be taken as warranties about future work.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the Site’s text, design, logos, graphics, videos, and other materials are owned by Equestro Labs LLC or used under license. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially reuse Site materials without our prior written permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

Third-party trademarks and app icons shown in the portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification / portfolio purposes.

If you submit ideas, feedback, or project descriptions through the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use that information to respond to you and evaluate a potential engagement. We do not claim ownership of your underlying business ideas solely because you described them in a form.

6. Acceptable use of forms and communications

Contact, quote, and account-deletion forms are for genuine inquiries. Automated submissions, false deletion requests, or abusive messages may be blocked or ignored. We may retain submissions as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services and links

The Site may link to app stores, social networks, or other third-party sites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EQUESTRO LABS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON SITE CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT LIMIT LIABILITY ARISING UNDER A SEPARATE SIGNED CLIENT CONTRACT FOR PAID SERVICES.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Equestro Labs LLC from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any right of a third party, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country require otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
